Terms of sale

This page is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy between this translation and the French version, the French version prevails.

1. Purpose and seller

These terms govern the sale of the services offered on wordpress-audit.com, published by KIPDEV SAS (see the legal notice): individual audit reports and the Pro subscription.

2. Services offered

  • Free audit: no account needed; overall score, score per area and the five priority fixes.
  • Full report: €9.90 including VAT per report, one-time payment; the details of every check (up to 81 on a WordPress site), the recommended fix for each one and the PDF export.
  • Pro subscription: €29 including VAT per month; unlimited reports, automatic site monitoring and priority support.

3. Ordering, prices and payment

Prices are stated in euros, including VAT. Payment is processed by Stripe. The full report can be bought with or without an account: without an account, an email address is requested so that the access link to the report can be sent to it. The Pro subscription requires an account; it is billed monthly and renews automatically.

4. Delivery

The report is available as soon as payment is confirmed, on the website and through the link sent to the email address provided. This link gives access to the report: only share it with people you want to show the report to.

5. Right of withdrawal and refund

The report is digital content supplied immediately after payment. Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose supply has begun with your consent. Independently of this right, KIPDEV SAS refunds the report on simple request sent to yohann@kipdev.io within 14 days of purchase.

6. Cancelling the subscription

The Pro subscription can be cancelled at any time from the “My account” page (“Manage subscription” button), or by email to yohann@kipdev.io. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.

7. Liability

wordpress-audit.com provides analyses and recommendations for information purposes only. The results are based on an automated analysis of the site's public data. KIPDEV SAS does not guarantee any improvement in performance after the recommendations are applied.

8. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first (yohann@kipdev.io). Failing that, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
