Privacy policy

This page is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy between this translation and the French version, the French version prevails.

1. Data collected

When you create an account: email address, first name, password (hashed). When you run an audit: the audited URL and the audit results. When you make a purchase without an account: your email address, so we can send you the link to the report you bought. When you pay: data processed by Stripe (we do not store your bank card details).

2. Purpose

The data is used to provide the audit service, manage your account, process payments and send transactional communications (welcome email, link to the report you bought).

3. Retention period

Account data is kept for as long as the account is active. Audit reports are kept indefinitely for your history. You can request the deletion of your account at any time.

4. Processors

• Stripe: payment processing
• Mailjet: sending transactional emails
• Hostinger International Ltd.: hosting of the application and the database
• kipstats (a KIPDEV SAS tool): audience measurement, with no cookies and no advertising identifier
• Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.): loading the site's fonts, which sends your IP address to Google

5. Cookies

A technical session cookie is set on every visit: it remembers the audits you have just viewed (so that you can buy a report without an account) and, if you are logged in, your session. No advertising or audience-measurement cookies are used.

6. Your rights
